[STORE POLICIES]

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the following:

1. No guarantee on manufacturer imperfections, or box damage during shipping

2. No guarantee on price stability. Price may fluctuate daily due to demand and supply. As a result, please confirm the price before payment.

3. Once an order is placed, refunds, cancellations, or deposit refunds are not accepted.

4. We will only honour returns where a mistake has been performed on our part. eg wrong items received. In these instances we will only provide returns of outer box is not opened. Please record an unboxing video from start to finish upon receiving the product to protect both parties’ rights. Any issues must be supported with this video to process claims

 

[SHIPPING TIME]

We ship to all states and territories in Australia as well as New Zealand.

We have three delivery time frames:

1. EXPRESS (~1 week delivery)

-tracking emailed within 1-2 days

-available on some items

 

2. STANDARD (~2-3 weeks delivery)

-tracking emailed after 1.5 weeks

-our default shipping time for most items

 

3. XLARGE ITEMS (~4-6 weeks delivery)

-tracking emailed after 4 weeks

-for XL items only (eg Zimomo)

 

In rare instances, there may be delays due to public holidays or unforeseen circumstances outside of our control. Please contact us directly on ig if you have any questions regarding your order.

Manufacturer defects may occur occasionally. We do our best to ensure products are in good condition before shipping out. Unfortunately we are not responsible for manufacturer defects of a doll/figurine that is inside the bag.
