We ship to all states and territories in Australia as well as New Zealand.

We have three delivery time frames:

1. EXPRESS (~1 week delivery)

-tracking emailed within 1-2 days

-available on some items

2. STANDARD (~2-3 weeks delivery)

-tracking emailed after 1.5 weeks

-our default shipping time for most items

3. XLARGE ITEMS (~4-6 weeks delivery)

-tracking emailed after 4 weeks

-for XL items only (eg Zimomo)

Manufacturer defects may occur occasionally. We do our best to ensure products are in good condition before shipping out. Unfortunately we are not responsible for manufacturer defects of a doll/figurine that is inside the bag.

We only sell authentic blind box products directly from overseas official channels or verified suppliers. Authenticity can be confirmed via the Authenticity scratch-off sticker which is on all Pop Mart products.

Please note confirmed characters have opened boxes but actual figurine is still sealed within inner bag!
